▪ Provided internal audits of $1.5MM of departmental revenue. Managed the department’s quality assurance program.
▪ The department needed to automate a paper-based system for alumni relations and recruitment. Evaluated 3 educational SaaS companies with a similar client base. Integrated 80,000 students in 3 months. The project had a 36-month payback period.
