▪ Recognizing limitations in the current 401k product mix, I created a new financial wellness offering package for high net worth professionals within the metropolitan area. Created a sales funnel of 52 qualified candidates in 2 months, resulting in 2 solid leads.
▪ Inbound sales leads form social media sources were insufficient. Analyzed visitor metrics and created a social media calendar with consistent scheduled messages focused on our company’s core strengths. Social media traffic increased by 300%.

▪ Provided internal audits of $1.5MM of departmental revenue. Managed the department’s quality assurance program.
▪ New student employee onboarding was insufficient, I created a workshop series to counter this, focused on accelerating the learning curve. In 6 months, we created 4 workshops that made employees meet department standards 25% less time.
▪ The department needed to automate a paper-based system for alumni relations and recruitment. Evaluated 3 educational SaaS companies with a similar client base. Integrated 80,000 students in 3 months. The project had a 36-month payback period.

▪ There were concerns of the ability of foster youth to successfully integrate into society. Created a structured bi-weekly life skills
program. Of 35 new enrollees, 15 have graduated since inception. Nationally, only 10% of foster youth graduate college.
▪ Bonds between foster youth and their guardians were insufficient. I created and managed a 3-day resiliency workshop series. This event impacted 43 families over 3 months. This was transferred to a new team for the remainder of the year as planned.
